Our KSA office is growing and dynamic, and team members are required to perform a wide range of duties. You will be working in a fast-paced international business working across multiple time zones and to tight deadlines and last-minute changes, therefore it is important that you have the following Skills:
 

• Very strong grasp of the English language, both written and spoken

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to take instruction and complete tasks in line with written guidelines

• Technically minded

• Must be computer literate and able to navigate online booking systems

• Live event industry experience preferred but not essential

• Operate with urgency

• Available outside of office hours and willingness to get the job done

• Ability to work alone, or as part of a team, working under pressure to meet set deadlines

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

To ensure the key operational teams are correctly resourced and effectively run so that ER have the right kit, in the right place at the right time and in proper working order and shows are delivered on time and inline with ER building safety policies.

 

• To ensure the Warehouse & Quarantine teams are effective in their roles so that equipment is logged, prepped and delivered to a high standard.

 

• Support the General Manager and manage the day to day operations of the warehouse teams.

 

• Ensure that ER is accurate in terms of equipment tracking.

 

• Mentor show techs and trainee techs through their careers as technicians. 

 

• Recruit trainee and show technicians to ER ensuring that ER has the right number of show techs available.

 

• Responsible for the accuracy of ER Productions shipping documents and carnets.
